Shipping, Delivery & Returns


Delivery Information- Please read

All of our palletized deliveries are shipped with a network pallet courier UPN.
​
Free standard delivery is included with your order. Standard delivery service will be 2-5 working days from order being accepted.
​
Next day delivery service is only available if the order is placed before 12noon
​
We will notify you once your order is processed and shipped from our Distribution centre.
​
UPN will contact you with expected delivery date & approximate time window 24h before delivery is due to be made.
​
All palletized deliveries can be tracked using UPN dedicated tracking website or via the UPN mobile app available on Apple AppStore & Google Play Store
The app can be also downloaded using www.upnmobile.co.uk or by scanning QR code on the right​
Any queries relating to delivery must be raised directly with UPN using details provided in the order tracking information

Firewood boxes are delivered by DPD and you will receive tracking number for your order as soon as its processed and shipped. You can track delivery directly on DPD website

Return & Refund Policy

At woodnites, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Customer satisfaction comes first above all. Our friendly team will always try to assist you in case of any questions or order queries and we aim to respond within 24h.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service team at support@woodnites.com with your order number and description of the issue.

Any order queries and complains must be logged with support team within 3 working days from delivery to be elliglable for refund or replacement
​
Order refunds will be processed within 48h of return acceptance , payment usually reach your account within 2-3 working days
​
Refunds will only be issued upon confirmation of stock/ order damage, seriouus stock quality issue & order not being delivered
​
We will offer order refund or replacement if you have received damaged items , items are non conforming to item description or have other unspecified quality issue
We will offer partial refund or ship additional stock free of charge in case part of order is missing or not fully delivered.
Please note that the log sizes can very inside nets and we will always try to ensure 8-10 logs inside standard 22L net bag . Due to nature of the product we are unable to offer refunds if you not fully satisfied with size of individual logs.

Stock replacement will be provided free of charge with standard delivery
It is customer responsibility to ensure adequate space is available to unload delivery & woodnites will not be responsible for any delays resulting in delivery unloading issues.
