My 1st order was great, the wood was dry and burned beautifully, the delivery driver was great as we had to manhandle the crate up the drive.. My 2nd order, the driver was fantastic, delivered in a covered truck from Bogner. Despite this, the wood was wet..... I believe it overnighted outside at Bognor, where it rained.........
